Background

Created by the team behind The SL Shop, the SportLine is the iconic Mercedes Benz R107SL brought more up to date with modern performance standards, transforming this classic into a real drivers car.

Jump24 were approached to create a website to showcase the car and its modifications, specifications and interior touches. We had just one week to complete in order to be ready for its launch at the 2016 London Classic Car Show.

Our Approach

Visual Engagement

We were provided with some great photography and video which showcased the quality of the interior and exterior work. Using this in conjunction with the client’s brand guidelines we were able to create a great visual experience, highlighting key areas which would engage anyone visiting the site.

Solution

The website needed to be maintainable, allowing the client to update their photography and all copy. We chose to use WordPress, which provided the ability to maintain the website without any complex CMS or technical knowledge.

For the design, we chose a minimalistic feel to let the stunning photography of the SportLine take centre stage. Taking design points from the SportLine print brochure, we were able to create an easy to view and clean user experience.
