Digital Project Manager.

We’re looking for an organised and determined project manager to join our growing team. If you’re an excellent communicator who is used to working as part of a collaborative team, keep reading!
You’ll have experience coordinating projects large and small as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You’ll have excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic with the ability to motivate the team to work towards their milestones and sprint/project goals to achieve the best possible result for the client.
What will the role involve?
You will work alongside the team made up of frontend ,backend developers and designers, keeping track of time scales. Hosting sprint planning meetings and daily project based internal standups. Producing reports for clients when required and communicating directly with clients as a buffer for developers. You will run various stand ups and showcase meetings for multiple projects. You must be able to articulate yourself in a way that is easily understood by developers, clients and potential clients.
You will check estimates put together by the team and calculate risk and the time your expertise will be needed on individual projects.
You will use software to help plan out projects in the early stages for the developers to work from and build upon. You must keep an eye that no off-spec items are carried out by the team and communicate these when they arise.
You should make sure to keep all resources and information centralised, documenting anything necessary.
You will keep the management team updated on any progress, pressure points or potential blockers on the project and report them to the general and operations managers.

£30,000 - £40,0000 per annum (DOE)
